Where are great areas in Hawaii to rent?
courthog asked:
I plan on moving to Hawaii in two years with my husband and we just started reasearch on locations, but it would be great if someone could help us with this search. I am interested in living away from a city setting and finding an apartment or condo. ANY INFORMATION WOULD MAKE ME HAPPY! THANKS SO VERY MUCH!

Depends on what island, Oahu, Kauai, Maui, Lanai, Molokai, or the Big Island.
Kauai is nice, the Big Island is pretty laid back too. Lanai and Molokai is good if you never have to work again in your life, Maui and Oahu are both busy but Maui still has areas that are country. If it’s Oahu, then Mililani would be a good safe place…

LOL! No where rents sky high here.
If anything it would be the big island everywhere else is being over developed. I can say one thing you don’t wanna move to kauai the traffic is getting worst & it seems there trying to pack buildings into areas thats making kauai life horrible.
