when will the back be broken on hawaii housing?
miller4000 asked:
I have resided on Oahu, Hawaii for about 5 years. We watched a meteoric rise in home prices in Hawaii. Basically from a average of 275,000 to about 700,000 in 5 years. I have a decent job and am sandbagging for the bottom to fall out of the Hawaii housing market. Unlike the mainland it hasnt happened yet. Home sales are down 29% but the prices is holding hard at over 675,000. I wont buy until i can put my steel toed boot down the realtors throat! Any predictions on when these money baggers are going to have there money supply run dry and lose there homes!

It’s so nice to hear from someone who has all the answers and is so poetic about Realtors. Really shows us the lack of education and mentally doesn’t it?
