question is—-> am i able to get my drivers temps in hawaii?…like at all any way possible? since i am going to be living there and all.

You have no choice but to pass the written test (?) in Ohio and obtain your permit. For people moving to Hawaii they won’t be issued a Hawaii state driver’s license if they don’t have either a permit or valid license from another state. It makes sense if you think about it.
