I am trying to buy a manufactured home for a reasonable price on the big island in Hawaii but can’t find any.

devil_burd asked:

I already have land and just want as simple of a home as I can get one or two bedrooms. I am hoping to find one for $50,000.00 or less. The lot will require excavation to build. Please help. Thank you for taking time to read this!

You should make sure they allow trailers in Hawaii.

Hello: Your request is possible if you plan on paying for
the transport cost with additional funds.

A manufactured home, often comes with all the appliances
(dishwasher – tub – kitchen sink). If you have a strip down
model, and buy your fixtures local, you can save a lot of cost.

In the United States there are many manufacturers: Cost of
transport is a main consideration point.

The type of foundation for a manufactured home will make
the main difference for the building codes.
