Also, be careful and use an atty
in Ha because the houses/housing often has quirks and the building
codes required for new houses
or condos do not have to be 
followed for older buildings.
Thus, if you go that route, make sure
that you get a policy that requires
the seller or an insurance company
to pay for ALL repairs-code violations.

I am guessing you are navy or
army.

I was in Pearl 2 yrs ago but my
brokerage is limited for now to
AZ and generally across the US.

I asked many questions of
RE brokers in HA, thus, my cautions.
[i think HA has the most number
of houses for sale in the US
with the caution &quot;seller not
held responsible for code violations!]
i do not know whether that will hold up in a court!</description>
