as for work start with ur associations group for work but be open to different work .

Also, be careful and use an atty
in Ha because the houses/housing often has quirks and the building
codes required for new houses
or condos do not have to be
followed for older buildings.
Thus, if you go that route, make sure
that you get a policy that requires
the seller or an insurance company
to pay for ALL repairs-code violations.
