how can i find a foster home in hawaii?

i want to help some foster children (girls) in hawaii but i dont know were a foster home are in hawaii, (i want to give them a chance to be in a pageant in hawaii our pageant is soft sweet and naturall and everyone is a winner) i want to give them to an oppritunity to be a princess for at least a day and its probably a good way to get them parents too. but if that does not work i want to give them toys , nice clothes , electronics, and books. the reason i want to do this is because 2 people i know was adopted and i know there stories of living in the foster homes, so plzz helpp!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

talk with a member of Lions or Rotary in your community. They may be able to help you…

why dont you help African Children instead ??? in kenya or Congo i think they could use your help there … why HAWAII it sounds to me that you would like to go there and party all night long and the charity thing its just an excuse.
