Hawaii Condo or Hotel with a 14 month old child?
Gregory M asked:
Out child will be 14 months and probably just starting to explore walking when we go to Hawaii (Kaui) in August. Should we stay in a hotel or condo? Mostly we are wondering about her safety, getting her to sleep, and feeding her etc., which may be easier in a condo. But we would rather not cook meals, or clean, so a hotel would be nice, and everything in a hotel would be so close. We are considering the Sheraton Kaui or the Kiahuna Plantation Condos. Or perhaps 4 nights at each. Should we be at all concerned about 8 nights in a Hotel room with a new walker? Has anyone tried both (condo and hotel with a 1 year old) and what advice do you have? Thanks!

Gregory M, I visited Hawaii last summer to party. I can’t remember which hotel I stated at, but it wasn’t worth recommending. I found a list of hotels in Hawaii here: I’m sure you can find a hotel to call and help get you situated.
