Visiting A particular Denver Restaurant
My own brother, John arrived late afternoon coming from his journey abroad. In a way he was working as a seaman journeying all corners of the globe. Everybody became very interested to meet him especially that he was gone for nearly a year. In fact it is pretty apparent that everybody missed him.
So four days later after his arrival, his partner organized for a dinner gathering at one of the local Denver restaurants. It had been with The Oceanaire at Arapahoe Street as the majority of the family members liked seafood and ate less beef. So there we proceeded to go desperately. There was Mother, brother James and his lovely better half and kids, my sister Julie and her family, my sister Fiona with her gorgeous husband and of course me with my new beau Vince. Everyone was happy to group together once more
So everyone gathered around a huge table and the meal started to arrive. There were Caesar’s salad, grilled Alaskan halibut, oysters, lamb, steaks, fried calamari and many more. As well as the coldest beer and refreshments were dished up. You merely can’t imagine how famished we were while we dined on the meal one by one. It turned out indeed excellent and really flavorful. I must admit we appreciated the meal very much till dessert was offered. This was the final food selection to complete the meal. Everybody was indeed stuffed and delighted. We discussed very a lot of things and I can believe that the family was united.
The bill was last to arrive at the table and my brother who was well prepared for this, added if anyone desired to help pay the bill. There was slight laughter and grin but he paid it. Everyone was content in the end and eventually left the Denver restaurant eagerly.
